The day of judgment,

The prosecutor called me when the sunset was beautiful.

“The criminal was sentenced to three and half years in prison.”

The prosecutor was requesting 3 or 4 years punishment so, it was pretty decent judgment.

I was so relieved.
It finally completed.

It was so long.

I really appreciate for the officers at police and prosecution.
And especially for the witness woman.

Thank you so much for your great work and cooperation.

The criminal would be out from a prison before Tokyo Olympic.
After that he will be sent to the correction facility.

Sexual crime is most likely to happen with problems with the sexual desire levels of the criminals.

Because it is an instinctive thing, I think that nothing will help even he did something at the correction facility
That is unavoidable.

However, by depriving a few years of the vigorous time of twenties,
I think that the number of victims could have been reduced
Only that possibility seems to dry my tears so far

It is a well-known fact that sex offenders' recidivism rate is tremendously high
Does the Japanese government have adequate measures against it?
In the West, sex offenders are followed by GPS
Neighboring residents seem to have a system that can confirm the position of the sex offender from the web site.
Sex offenders do not have human rights in the U.S.

Japanese government also should adapt the system.
It’s insane to let the sex offenders to go back to normal life after the few years prison life.
Because the sex offenders had enough punishment by losing their job or the family, or social trust,
So that they have a right to get back the normal life after that?

If GPS is impossible, the castration should be adapted.
The sex offenders need to lose their total urge.
It’s easy to develop the medicine for that, it’s 21 century now for Christ’s sake.
Please somebody develop it and adapted in Japan society.
We beg you.

We the victims’ name is disclosed to the criminals.
We are not sure that the criminal would revenge us.
Even though the trial has completed, we cannot go back to the day before the incident.

判決の日を迎えた

検事から電話が来た
夕日が綺麗な夕方だった

「3年半の実刑が決まりました」

検事が要求していたのは3年から4年の実刑だったため
まあ、納得のいく判決が下ったと言える

肩の力が抜けた気がした
やっと終わったんだ

犯人に宛てた手紙を不当に使われ、最後の最後まですったもんだしたものの
なんとか落ちるところに落ち着いた

やっと終わった　長かった

警察、検察の関係者の皆様、ご尽力ありがとうございました
そして協力者の女性にも感謝の気持ちでいっぱいだ

判決後すぐ刑が執行されたとして
男は東京オリンピック前には出てくる
その後は更生施設に送られるそうだ

性犯罪というのは、犯人の性癖や性的欲求のレベルに問題があって起こる場合がほとんどだろう

それって本能的な部分だから、
更生施設で何かしたところで、特に何も変わらないだろうと思う

ただ、20代という血気盛んな時を数年でも奪う事により、
被害者の数は減らせたのではないかと思う
その可能性だけが、これまでの涙を乾かす気がする

性犯罪者の再犯率がものすごく高い事は周知の事実だが
日本政府はそれに対して対処は十分しているのだろうか
欧米では性犯罪者にはGPSが付けられ
近隣住民はサイトからその性犯罪者の位置を確認できるシステムがあるらしい
性犯罪者に人権なんてないのだ

日本もこういうシステムを導入すればいいのに
数年刑務所に入っただけで、また普通の生活が送れるようになるなんておかしい
仕事は解雇され、家庭も失い、社会的信用も失い、
それ相当の罰は受けたからもう普通の人になってもいいですよって訳にはいかんでしょう

GPSが無理なら、パッチを貼るとか何かで半永久的に性欲減退させるべきだ
今の科学の力があれば開発するのは簡単だろう
だれか開発して、導入してください
もう本当お願いします

私たち被害者は訴える事で本名を犯人に明かしてる
逆恨みされる可能性だってある
実刑が下されて裁判が終わったところで、事件前の自分には戻れないのだ
